WEEKLY UPDATE 9/6/24

Busy week! The electricians have been here everyday. We’ve had HVAC and plumbing work as well! Today concrete was poured in the location of an old scale as well as in the trenches that were dug. It’s still a mess, but we are making progress!
Still shooting for October 1, but not feeling 100% confident! We have some AMAZING tenants coming to own their own business! Will you be next?

We are 4 weeks away from our projected opening date (considering the rest of construction goes to plan 🤞🏼) so we wanted to start giving a weekly update so all of you are up to date on the progress!

Things are moving along but it’s a messy stage of work! Plumbing and electrical are being installed now, then drywall where needed should be next.

There have been very few ups and downs along the way, although we just had an unexpected bill come up (darn electrical and all of the city codes😵‍💫).

I’ve enjoyed meeting everyone who has come to look around and I can’t wait to see everyone’s suites take shape over the next couple months!

Suites are renting at a steady pace so come in soon to see what’s still available and hold your favorite until you’re ready to make the move!
